    Hi,

Can anybody advise how I can get iSketch running on my Apple Imac? I have downloaded ADOBE Shockplayer, but receive error messages when trying to launch iSketch - many thanks

If you're running Mavericks, Yosemite, or El Capitan on your mac, iSketch will not work without some mucking around. The following was posted on an iSketch facebook page a little while back (I haven't tried this myself so I can't really vouch for it, but it might be worth a shot):

    Dear fellow iSketch players,
We wanted to let you know that we are still working on a final way around the Mac / Shockwave incompatibility. It requires a lot of effort and in general re-writing lots components of the game, but we trying to get it to you as soon as possible.
For Mac users, in the meanwhile, there is a way around that you can try, all software is free and requires around 5 minutes to set it up. Basically it will run a Windows browser on your Mac.
    Step 1: Download WineBottler http://winebottler.kronenberg.org
Step 2: Open WineBottler and from the Apps list install Opera 11
Step 3: Run Opera and go to http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
Step 4: Click the download button, wait for the download alert and click Run to install Shockwave.
Step 5: Wait for Shockwave to install and quit Wine (the App that contains Opera)
Step 6: Reopen Opera and go to http://www.isketch.net/isketch.html
That should do the trick, afterwards all you need to do is open Opera again to be able to play iSketch.
Hope it works for you while we work on a definitive solution.
    All the best,
    iSketch Social

Works for me but it's buggy as hell at times. I've had to reboot my Mac manually a few times because it's locked up to the point of no return.
